The Central Bank of the Constitutional Monarchy is the National State Bank of Syno Aurelius.

The NSB can be compared to a Fortification with Towers, Walls, a Moat, a Gateway and an Inner Area.

Towering above the Fortification are the Flags of the Cross and of the Monarchy. The Flag of the Cross is the highest and tallest and biggest flag displaying clearly that here we believe in Almighty God our Father, in Jesus Christ our Messiah and Saviour and in the Holy Spirit our Teacher and Comforter.

The Towers represent the Monetary Affairs, the Fiscal Affairs, The Economic Affairs and the Currency. There are Watch keepers in the Towers to look out far into a distance as well as closer and even right up to the Fortification. They report any movement good, bad and especially anything that even remotely could be interpreted a threat or anything out of the ordinary.

The thick Walls are Guarded and Patrolled by Guards who ensure the Safety & Security of the Fortification. Each section of the wall that is patrolled by Guards having Commanders in charge of the Guards. The Guards only react on the instructions of their Officers. There are also roving Guards. The Guards represent the Committee on the Currency, Committee on Income Generation & Growth, Standing Advisory and Oversight Committees, Compliance, Governance & Risk Management.

The Moat ensures that the integrity of the Fortification is secure.

The Gateway is an entrance and exit to the Fortification. Here are many layers of Security to keep unwanted visitors out and to invite welcomed guests in. In order to gain entrance visitors or guests must have the right Passwords and Security Codes. A Gatekeeper allows visitors or guest in or out.

Inside the Fortification are the operational areas representing the Supercomputer, Bank Servers and Operational back bone. There are also the Store Rooms and Rooms (Offices) of the different Divisions each with its own Officer (Leader). In the inner Chambers the Strategic Planners huddled around maps and evaluate information gathered and discuss possibilities and probabilities. The Leadership gather in the Meeting Chambers.

Inside the Fortification are also the support services who ensure that the operational functionality is maintained and that the spirits of everyone are high so that every detail can receive attention and that everyone keeps on moving forward and gain momentum.

Yes our Central Bank is our Fortification. It ensure that the Monetary, Fiscal and Economic factors are all in control and maintained at a secure level. We have a system as well as people to look out for anything that can hurt or damage us. The Fortification is a bastion of Syno Aurelius. It ensures the welfare of everyone inside and in the vicinity of the Fortification. The NSB is the Regulator of Banking, Insurance & Financial Entities. Under the Directives of the NSB the Regulator must ensure that the integrity and the Safety & Security of the Organic Structure is maintained and that the interests of the Monarch, the Country, the NSB the Citizens of the Country and Investors are protected against loss or damage. Therefore the Regulator apply stringent conditions regarding Capital Adequacy,Liquidity Maintenance and Reserve Funds from all the Banks, Insurance Companies & Financial Entities. The Supervisor monitors the Entities through Standing Advisory & Oversight Committees installed at different levels to ensure that the Entities adhere to the Regulatory Prescriptions, Compliance, Governance & Risk Management.

The NSB is responsible for the ordering of the Currency, the distribution of the Currency and to ensure that the Currency does not devalue or loose its value. Therefore the NSB has issued Directives to ensure that the Currency is hedged, guaranteed and underwritten to its fullest extent through Currency Reserve Funds, and Gold as Gold is still an effective hedge against devaluation. These Directives also contain strict instructions, entrenched as Standard Operating Procedures, to address and obtain Insurance, Re-Insurance and Underwriting to cater for any expected and unexpected Risks that may impede on or effect the Currency value.

The NSB ensures that there is more than adequate Income Generation and Income Growth to keep the Country in a positive growth cycle. The NSB has a vibrant Treasury Department that drives activities such as Foreign Currency Exchange & Trade, Money Market Activities and the Syno Aurelius Digital Trading Platforms©™. Our “Supernova” product is the Copy Right and Trade Mark Automated Algorithmic High Frequency Neural Network Trading Program©™ utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Pre Programmed Intelligent Neural Bots. The NSB as the Central Bank and Official Bank of the State manages The Government Guarantees which are sold on Auction as well as on Pre Order Buying.

The NSB has developed and are engaged in several priority Models to obtain Funds through carefully researched and selected Sources and Investors. The NSB also has access to the International Finance Facility©™ and Securitization of Future Flow Accounts Receivables established by our Monarch.

The NSB also are responsible for the Capitalization and smooth operation of all the State Owned Entities such as the National Banks of Syno Aurelius and the National Funds of Syno Aurelius. The two flagship operations are the LB Bullion Banque and the Syno Aurelius Sovereign and Wealth Fund.

The Monarch has developed a new Financial Instrument for the Global Markets, called a Repurchase Obligation Certificate (“RoC”)©™ issued in conjunction with a Guarantee of Principle Investment Amount in the format of a 10 Year Medium Term Note (MTN), a 20 Year Long Term Note (LTN) a 30 Year Extra Long Term Note (ELTN).

Our Fraud & Crime Prevention Department works and-in-hand with the Syno Aurelius Crime Intelligence Centre as well as the Syno Aurelius Inspectorate to compliment, manage and maintain all aspects relating to Crime, Crime Prevention, Crime Syndicate and Eradication of Crime following the “No Crime” attitude of the Government.
