Operational Directives
1. The Constitutional Monarchy of Syno Aurelius is an Independent, Autonomous Country established by Proclamation and Declaration and therefore our own Jurisdiction.
2. Syno Aurelius is a peaceful, non-aggressive Country;
3. Syno Aurelius respect the Sovereignty and Jurisdictions of other Countries;
4. Syno Aurelius do not get involved with the Internal Politics of other Countries;
5. Citizenship at Syno Aurelius is E-Citizenship based on the concept of Dual Citizenship or Dual Nationality. In the event that the host Country does not allow Dual Citizenship or Dual Nationality, there are alternatives such as Special Contractor, Special Service Provider, Special Consultant or Special Advisor through which an interested person may become involved and receive the same benefits as an E Citizen;
6. Although the Citizens from Syno Aurelius resides in their host Country they are encouraged to and advised to honour local and national Laws and Customs and pay their Taxes;
7. Syno Aurelius operates under the precepts of the International Law regarding: “Protection and Immunity of Foreign States”;
8. Syno Aurelius is not and does not want to be competition to Countries or their Financial Systems;
9. Syno Aurelius does not request or solicitate Funds from anyone. Transactions are carefully structured and reviewed;
10. Syno Aurelius does not pay upfront fees. We act according to Bilateral Agreements, Contracts and Undertakings. We do not have a problem to pay for services rendered but we require that those services should be delivered according to the signed Agreements. Any receipt of and payment of fees, funds, moneys or donations have to be transparent and duly approved and noted in an Agreement and reported to the Accounting Department;

11. Syno Aurelius respects the Regulatory and Supervisory Roles of Central Banks and Rules of their Stock Exchanges and Indices and therefore does not work or operate in the following Jurisdictions:
a. South Africa;
b. United States of America;
c. Any Country who are being sanctioned or appears on the International Country Sanctions List;
d. Any Country whose Law(s) prohibits Relief Efforts & Humanitarian Efforts;
e. Any Country who does not recognize Syno Aurelius as an Independent, Autonomous and Sovereign Country;
12. In other Countries Syno Aurelius might conduct relief efforts and humanitarian work through Humanitarian Organizations & Foundations, Relief Organizations and Special Purpose Vehicle Entities with full knowledge and approval of the reciprocal Government(s) obtained through Bilateral Trade & Investment Agreements (Treaties) and Memorandum of Agreements (Accords);
13. Syno Aurelius does not tolerate Crime of any Nature and subscribes to:-
a. Compliance;
b. Governance;
c. Risk Management;
d. Transparency;
e. Prevention of Crime, Criminal Activities & Criminal Syndicates;
f. KYC ( Know Your Client);
g. KYT (Know Your Transaction);
h. KYR (Know Your Risks);
i. AML (Anti Money Laundering);
j. ATF (Anti Terrorism Funding);
k. OoF ( Origen of Funds Declaration);
l. AoF (Application of Funds Statement);
14. No employee of Syno Aurelius can bind Syno Aurelius through an Undertaking, Contract or Agreement. All Undertakings, Contracts or Agreements have to be approved by the Judge President and the Legal & Compliance Department; All such documentation must be processed by the Chief Registrar or such person the Chief Registrar assigns to the task.
The Monarch is the Official Seal Bearer and Title Holder.
15. Syno Aurelius supports efforts to Protect the Environment, Fauna & Flora and our Ocean and eradicate Pollution. All Projects, Programs & Initiatives have to be approved by the Minister of Environment Affairs and our Secretary of State;
